Partner shall be entitled to ten percent (10%) commission for every one of Laijkit’s services sold to the clients the partner refer. Partner shall be paid their commission after the inspection / subscription is paid, upon sending an invoice for the amount to Laijkit. If the office of the partner has a partnership with Laijkit, they will recieve an additional five percent (5%)

Laijkit provides Partner permission to use its name, service marks, and other trademarks in promotional materials for selling and marketing purposes, whether oral, written, or electronic, provided that such use is related to the services Partner is expected to provide under this agreement.

Laijkit represents and warrants that the services listed under this agreement shall be performed in accordance with the standards of the sales and marketing profession.

Partner shall act as an independent contractor of Laijkit. He/she shall only be responsible for performing the sales and marketing services set forth in this agreement. Partner shall not have the authority to represent Laijkit other than the selling, marketing, and promotion of its products. Partner cannot refer clients to other inspection entities as long as this contract is in effect.
- In case of termination, and all other communications, a written notice must be sent thirty (30) days prior to the termination date.
