How is the process of getting an inspection performed?

1:After you fill in the "Get a quote" form, you will automatically receive mail with information about what we do and what we need to give you a quote.
2: When you have submitted the necessary information, we will present you with a quote within 1 working hour.
3: After you accept the quote, we arrange a day and time for the inspection, which take from 2-4 hours. If there are several auxiliary buildings it might take longer.
4: Within 2 workdays you will have your finished report, and access to technical support.

What should you ask a home inspector to choose the right one?

Be sure to ask for recommendations from your realtor or mortgage lender, maybe even ask a few of your friends or family members. Home inspections are important, so always, always, be sure to interview the inspector before hiring them. You’ll want to feel confident in their experience.
Consider these questions when shopping around for inspectors:

• What education do you / your inspectors have, and how long have you carried out inspections?
• Are you focused on residential or commercial properties?
• What does the inspection include?
• How many home inspections have you done?
• How do you keep your expertise up to date?
• Can I attend the inspection?
• Can I see a sample report?

What will it cost?

The inspection fee for a typical home varies depending upon the size and age of the property. The price starts from 400€ up to 100 sqm . Contact us for a quote for your property.

Can I do it myself?

Most buyers find it very difficult to remain completely objective and unemotional about the house they really want, and this may affect their judgment. Apart from that, the average buyer does not have sufficient knowledge to undertake the technical aspects of the inspection. For the most accurate picture, it is best to obtain an impartial third-party opinion by an expert in the field of property inspection.

Can a house fail inspection?

A professional property inspection is an examination of the current condition of your prospective home. It is not an appraisal, which determines market value, or a municipal inspection, which verifies local code compliance. A Property Inspector, therefore, will not pass or fail a house, but rather describe its physical condition and point out areas of concern.

Can/must I participate in the inspection?

You are most welcome to join us at the property and attend the inspection, but you are in no way obligated. We simply need someone to unlock the doors and answer some questions. This is usually done by the realtor or the owner.

Are you available for consultation even after I purchase the property?

Yes, you are always welcome to call / write with questions about the property, or if you need us to elaborate on the report.
